Sanjeev has over 22 years of work experience. He started his career as a Management Trainee with Hindustan Unilever where he did various assignments in the Commercial/Finance functions. He played a key role in preparing a Manpower Reduction Plan at Unilever’s Rajpura detergent plant. He was instrumental in setting up four branch offices/one corporate office that included recruiting and training of over fifteen employees.

Sanjeev’s business plan transformed the loss making Automotive Batteries business of Standard batteries into a profitable one. At the Real Estate division of ITC, Sanjeev was a member of the core team that recovered Rs 60 cr. from a real estate developer. As Chief Financial Officer of Star TV, Sanjeev played a vital role in reducing programming cost for Star Plus.

Sanjeev had worked on several HR and organizational development projects during his corporate career.

Sanjeev is a strategic – out of the box thinker who contributes articles to the Business Standard, Hindustan Times and the National HRD Newsletter.

He uses his considerable and varied experience to add value to the customer and provide strategic, effective solutions.

Sanjeev did his Chartered Accountancy from Mumbai.
