Topics vary from Indian culture to strategies for interacting, communicating with colleagues, business partners and associates. Real life situations are used to make the interaction lively and useful. The module helps you discover India through a combination of slides and photographs.

2. Finance for Non Finance professionals
This 2 and a half day 'Certification program is co-conducted by Sanjeev and organized by People Matters. Key Topics covered are: |

Who should attend: Managers with 5-15 years experience from non-finance functions
By virtue of having started his corporate career as a Trainee and ended as CFO, Sanjeev has worked at various levels, with some of the best manufacturing companies in India and across industries. The mix of corporate experience, Consulting assignments and being abreast of current issues enable Sanjeev to deliver a high quality learning experience. He presents seemingly complex topics in an easy to understand manner. The other presenter is Tejasvi Mohanram.
He was a Derivates trader with DB and Citi in London, Singapore for more than five years. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from the Indian School of Business Hyderabad, where he was the ISB scholar of excellence for his class. He is the founder and Director of a financial platform for Indian equities, derivatives and fund investments (www.capital4.com) and for personal finance products(www.vegamoney.com).
