Cross Cultural Training for Indians going to the U.S.
As an increasing number of foreign companies set up office in India interaction between Indian employees and their counterparts globally is on the rise. Indian subsidiaries send their employees abroad for short or long stints. Just as an expatriate coming to work in India needs to be sensitized to cross cultural issues so is the case with an Indian going to work in the West.

This module is for Indian professionals going to work in primarily North America and the U.K. The deeper purpose of this module is to provide insights on soft skills so that an Indian professional achieves greater acceptability and success. Real life situations are used to make the interaction lively and useful. Some of the topics covered are:

Knowing India.
Comparing India vs. North America.
Visa and Immigration.
Communication
Business Etiquettes
How do I integrate into the mainstream?
Lunch table conversation with Managing Director.
Grooming
Invited home for dinner
 
We understand your requirements through a Needs Assessment Form based on which the module is customized to meet specific needs.
 
Format:
1.
One day workshop 8 hours (includes lunch).
2.
Half a day workshop 4 hours.
3.
Number of participitants – maximum 15-18.
4.
Could be from the same or different companies.
